This website and the SUPERPUBLIC application platform are operated by SUPERPUBLIC GmbH, Schiffbauerdamm 5, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Contact: media@superpublic.space.

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about SUPERPUBLIC, subscribing to updates, and applying to our accelerator program. Do not misuse it, break it, or use it for anything illegal.

To apply you need an account. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, let us know at media@superpublic.space.

Everything you submit through the application form is your responsibility. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to share. We review submissions to select participants for Batch 001.

The SUPERPUBLIC name, logo, branding, visuals, and all site content belong to SUPERPUBLIC GmbH or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them without our written permission.

By submitting your application, video links, pitch deck, or business plan, you give us the right to review and process that material for the purpose of running the selection process. You keep ownership of your own content.

We work hard to keep the site and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that everything is always complete or error-free. Use the site and apply at your own discretion.

SUPERPUBLIC GmbH is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of this site or participation in the program, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version you are reading is the current one. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
